About Lausanne - Switzerland :)

I wanna introduce the rest of spot of Switzland. The first city is named 'Lausanne'. 

Lausanne, part of province of Vaud, it is located in the center of north of 'Lac Leman' lake and famous for the fifth city in Switzerland. It also has an impact even though called as calm city with historical structures and beautiful lake in. The 'Cathedrale Norte-Dame de Lausanne' located on hill of mountain has encompassed the entire of city with bright and twinkle lake. Also the big famous thing that the reason why 'Lausanne'has been well known is by the 'International Olympic IOC' header situated in this city.  This makes people called as Olympic city. The one routes for one day I recommend is (Lausanen->Place Saint-Francios & Rue de Bourg -> Cathedrale Norte-Dame-> cityhall-> Le Musse Olympique and Parc Olympique). This recommended route is to be able to by walk, because all those places are not located too far from Gare CFF Lausanne(station). 

About 'Lac Leman'

This is situated in the edge of west-south of Switzerland and called as the biggest city. The edge of the lake of west is near by 'Geneva' called as national city. At the opposite side of lake is located near by 'Montreux'. Between those cities, along with that lake, beautiful lake towns are gathering along all together. Also, on the south of the 'Geneva', it faced with the boundary with Fraance, so it would be easy to move to lake of France called ' Evian-les-Bains' by taking cruise. Traveler can easily see the lake of Lau Leman near in Switzerland, but rather than that it would be better taking a cruise to see wide of sight and all sides of lake.

Geneva is one of 3 well known cities of Switzerland and has national atomosphere living a variety of people from different cultures as well as similar with the culture of France. Geographically, this city comes out from France actually, quite closer and from inside of France underground. That's why the culture and image of Geneva is quite similar and same each other. The most of people uses Freench as language and mostly are used to use french but they are kindly using English as well for the visitors or traveller. On the other hand, since Geneva is well known for advocating neutrality diplomacy, there are lots of major international instruments located in Geneva.

1. It is connected well with other main countries of Switzerland by train. 

2. If you are leaving from Paris to get Geneva, it would take 2h 40mins by taking TGV. (Convenient)

3. To get to Italy as well, it would be easily get there by taking night train into the Rome, Milano and Venezia etc.

Geneva is paradise for travel lovers. There is so bunch of international organizations to sightseeing and has been held some events to see. The most biggest thing is to provide free tickets to visitors to be activated the public transportation, which will be taking them from the main airport to the downtown of Geneva. You can get a free ticket beside of the luaggage center that you arrived from airport. But the thing is all prices you will get from Switzerland is significantly expensive than other countries in Europe. So to make sure be ready and plan for using your expenses by step by step, not the moment when you want.

When summer comes, the number of travellers is getting increased and they takes a lot of shoots to get a memory. Since they have so much diverse geographys, the weather is differnet as local. Paris is situated in inland, so summer is hot & dry but winter is cold and kind of humid with lots of rain. But in case of Paris which more leaned to seaboard, there is no huge gap about temperature like steady.

I guess like me for all travel lovers, eating is quite important. So I'll introduce some representative dishes and food in France. 

1. Bread

There are so many different kind of breads they have, such as baguette,croissant and chocolat.

2. Foie gras

Foie means liver and gras means greassy. This is made by goose livers tasting really soft and clean taste kind of nutty. Mostly people enjoys it as an appetizer with wine.

3. Escargot

This is also appetizer made bu snails and one of representative dishes in France. It is sauced with little bit of salts, garlic or butters based by people eating types there are a variety of dishes. It tastes similar with conch.

Luzern is beautiful lake city of Switzerland, called 'lake located nearby four forest'-located in Vierwaldstatter See. This city is the best one to enjoy lake travel using cruise connecting the centre of traffic spot. Also, it is starting point to travel the top of mountains of Alps. 'How to travel wisely even though you have limited budgets on'
Let you know a few tips to spend wisely during your trip, hope you can spend money wisely as like me ,one of backpackers even though I'm also the basic step of backpacker. Wish you all good luck!

Let's Start! :)

1. Do make a group

If you are first time to go travel by yourself, it might be not used to do and hard to set your own budget to push into. So it would be better to depend on travel tour agency to save your money in plan on your hand. Or if you are reluctant to go with the strangers, it could be good another option that you can make one groupto lent a car moving freely wherever you want without place limited, which has at least around 4 people including person who can drive, to save transportation expenses.

2. Choose off-season

Between June and August is the peak season and already with the full of reservations to reserve all area such as airline ticket and place to stay. So, rather than choosing up the peak season that when everyone want to go, try to arrange your schedule to go in off-season when all activities could be cheaper efficiently.

3. Reserve your flight seat at least 5 months before

The first thing you will do if you step on your travel, you need to take airplane to get place you'd like to go. So, most of all recommend that it's better to reserve your airline ticket before 5 months before. Then, you can compare those prices,which one is less expensive than others, on fluctuated price.

4. Invest your budgets on specific area

Depending on types of people how travel they like to, maybe it would be different by each people what they pursue to do during traveling. It could be one of them that
focusing on eating representative dishes in each countries or doing lots of shopping. Like that, if the ultimate goal is to get a chance to eat different types of dishes in different countries, then put your budget mostly on that area and choose the hostel or sharing house to save money little bit by your own efforts to spend budget over half on eating instead.

5. Do enough research

Recently it is possible to do diverse research through different social media. For example, private bloggers make their own Facebook page where people can access to get a variety of information. We can follow up those page to see the up-to-date info uploaded regularly. Also as the other social media 'Instagram' which already boomed up, people also use the hashtag (#) to research the aspects of traveler views of travel spot by photos. Even if it is simple info with only the simple image or photos or videos, these could be helpful to be get used to be there before getting there before getting eyes on sight. Lastly, lots of books, these are the best research items to get closer to know about specific country before going ahead. Sometimes, some people don't prefer to read them, because they noticed that it is hard to be revised with recent info as it is book made by hardcopy. But, I think it is the best idea reading diverse books to get a pre-knowledges about those cultures briefly and widely during a short period. For me, I strongly recommend this way!

Switzerland-EAT

If we get a chance to get Switzerland, it might be sure that we should taste traditional dishes in that country. Cheese Fondue is one of the representative dishes in Switzerland. You might feel be successful at the end of travel by the tasting of local food in famous restaurant. 
'Mario Fittinaldi Restaurant' was introduced as one of local traditional restaurant by the mouth recently. There are more than local residents visiting here than visitors, that's why it is easy to feel that you are in the Switzerland.

Before I said, Cheese Fondue is one of representative fondues, but further more else there are meat and chocolate.

-Fondue Bourguignonne

This is called as meat fondue, which is made by shape of square meats that people put them inside of boiling oils to boil meat. After a few minute, take them out and put into with a variety of sauces on it. As a fusion style, people put additional ingredients such as shrimp and clam.

-Fondue Chinoise

This is called as a chinese fondue as one of the fondue flavours. There are putting lots of vegetables in the light soup and then eat with the meat or put on the special sauce on it.

Rusti

this is one of the popular switzerland hash potato dish. Le Mazot is located in Bern, most visitors come by to try Rusti. How to made? Slice the potato thin, and roasting with a few butter. At the end, put on the eggs or cheese depends on your types of eat.

Raclette (Melting the cheese, traditional dishes as well)

This is going by the melting cheese which made in Switzerland Vasis. This was popular in 1970, because the grill was introduced at that time to melt cheese well. Actually, this has different taste by the region by region from cheese. Mostly eat in Winter or Autumn.

Always I dreamed to go traveling all around the world with my mom, as one of my besties as well as good buddy in my family.  It was hard to choose one area to travel among Europe but considered with the type of my mom, who always enjoy with natural and be with them. So, the spot I’d like to research is Switzerland. First tip we need to be prepared is to make sure tips how enjoy travel to remain as a great memories in life time. Interlaken is the place having beautiful sight and have been called as a little town in Switchland. It is surrounded by three tremendous Alps Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau. Also, it is well known for enjoying hiking with a beautiful lake and glacial lake as well every time in a year.

How to get Interlaken?

There is no one way train to get to Interlaken, so need to transfer from Zurich, Luzern, Geneva, Lausanne or Bern. If you reach to the station of Interlaken Ost or West, be make sure that monitoring to check the possibility of changeable weather. There are two recommended course to navigate that area. In order to hiking Jungfrau, it’s going to take about 1 day enough. If you start hiking, then better to go up in the Lauterbrunnen. If we already spent two days in Jungfrau, it could be better to do adventure sports such as paragliding or biking. I got a recommendation from the person who said you would be more satisfied if you get a great lodging with perfect location.

Four season is perfect to enjoy Switchland.

Even though the surrounding of Interlaken has already been famous for all traveler lover, here is the best place to feel thrilling to challenge leisure sports. Every year and months, lots of youths are visiting to be fun and pursue better life. One of things that I wanted to introduce is to do paragliding

By the person who went there already before said, "there exceed the expectations that we wanted with great services and environment as well". Also they said, "best place to taste and feel the difference than original pizza places we go."

Flea Market 'Porta Portese'

This flea market is one of main and the most biggest market among rome flea market held on. If you are still near by Termini, which is the main spot of rome subway, better to take bus to go market. The important thing before you go, as I mentioned before, it helds only on sunday especially early morning and end up around 2. Make sure that well plan before go ahead. At the Termini station, take bus #8 or H to move P.za Ippolito nievo bus stop. After arrived, easy to see at a short distance the 'Porta Portese flea market', around 10 min walk from the bus stop. Also be caution that you need to put your things inside your backpack to be not stollen from any strangers. there is aligned different sandwich trucks when you enter market, and that seems to make differently and it not the normal one we've tried. Try the traditional one that represent the Italy, Rome.

this island have not introduced as much as like the main tour routes of Italy.
But, Sarainia is a voyage over an emerald sea with beaches of snow-white sand that strikes its visitors with natural contrast,with bright light of colours seen along with wild pure nature. Also, it is second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and name is form pre-Roman

it situated in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea without high peaks, with a vast and charming seas as well as natural environment.

Prior to beginning blog 'Eat Pray Travel 2015'

I've always dreamed about going travel everywhere as one of my wishes in my bucket list and wanted to come true in my real life.

But, I noticed and suddenly passed through to my mind saying 'I could see as much as I know', that means if there are not enough research and information about place you go, it would be less inspired than you imagine when you are in a feeling, hearing, seeing and tasting at that time.
