Switzerland-EAT

If we get a chance to get Switzerland, it might be sure that we should taste traditional dishes in that country. Cheese Fondue is one of the representative dishes in Switzerland. You might feel be successful at the end of travel by the tasting of local food in famous restaurant. 
'Mario Fittinaldi Restaurant' was introduced as one of local traditional restaurant by the mouth recently. There are more than local residents visiting here than visitors, that's why it is easy to feel that you are in the Switzerland.

Before I said, Cheese Fondue is one of representative fondues, but further more else there are meat and chocolate.


-Fondue Bourguignonne

This is called as meat fondue, which is made by shape of square meats that people put them inside of boiling oils to boil meat. After a few minute, take them out and put into with a variety of sauces on it. As a fusion style, people put additional ingredients such as shrimp and clam.


-Fondue Chinoise

This is called as a chinese fondue as one of the fondue flavours. There are putting lots of vegetables in the light soup and then eat with the meat or put on the special sauce on it.


Rusti



this is one of the popular switzerland hash potato dish. Le Mazot is located in Bern, most visitors come by to try Rusti. How to made? Slice the potato thin, and roasting with a few butter. At the end, put on the eggs or cheese depends on your types of eat.




Raclette (Melting the cheese, traditional dishes as well)



This is going by the melting cheese which made in Switzerland Vasis. This was popular in 1970, because the grill was introduced at that time to melt cheese well. Actually, this has different taste by the region by region from cheese. Mostly eat in Winter or Autumn.
